We are also a permanent verdor of Scott Antique Markets and located at South Building I-7. You can drop off your watch or ask us any questions at the show. Please come by our display on the second week of every month. You will get the special discount by bringing your watches to us !!!

When you fill out the Service Request form on the right, One of our watchmasters will contact you to discuss your watch repair or service needs in a timely manner. You can also discuss in person when you come by Scott Antique Markets at South Building I-7. You can drop off your watch or ask us any questions at the show.
If you are a returning customer for service or repair, please use the Step 2 and mail your watch to us. You will receive the new watch service and repair status update link by eMail when we receive your watch.

B. Send us your watch directly
Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials to protect against shock in a sturdy box sealed with tape. When shipping, we recommend that you insure your watch against damage, theft or loss. We are not responsible for damage, theft or loss during shipping. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND WATCH BOXES. If you have any questions, please contact us. When you send your watch, be sure to include:
- Your name
- Mailing address (street, city, state, zip code)
- Preferred phone number (with area code)
- Email address (To help expedite your repair)
- A note explaining the nature of the problem.

Service and Repair price is based on your watch condition. Most of time, your watch needs periodic services including, but not limited to Clean, Oil and Adjustment (COA). Once we receive your watch, we will provide you an accurate quote and get your permission before we start working on your watch. If you send us a request, one of our watchmasters will give you a call in timely manner and discuss your service and repair needs.
